Ultimate Avengers 2 -
IF you caught the first, find the second. if not, find the first.
UA2 is a continuation of the first UA cartoon movie. it is Loosely (capital L) based off of The Ultimates comic book series (v1 and v2).
The first UA movie followed two story arcs melded together. The Beginning arc and the aliens arc. The second pics up the aliens arc and runs with it, completely separating from the comic series.
I dont remember if you read the ultimates (v1 or v2), so ill stick with the movie and we can comparison later. the comparison isnt that important because UA2 veers away from the book and stays away, sharing only character personality traits.
UA2 introduces The Black Panther into the Avengers world. It shows how his father sent him off for a western education against the judgement of the council and how his father died, and his taking of his father's place as King of Wakanda.
It also ties Wakanda to the aliens. If you are familiar wth the 616 verse, you will already know about Vibranium, which was brought up in the first UA movie in regards to the aliens.
It also shows the head alien as a shape shifter disguised as a Nazi Commander and ties in Cap America.
This is used to unite the suspicious and fiercely independant wakanda with the world power of s.h.i.e.l.d. against these aliens.
This is where the movie falters. There are several inconsistancies and GIJoe-ish like action thats just not good writing or directing. The end of the movie is cheesy and switches up who is in a relationship with whom (compared to the book)... including one very improbable and controversial hook up.
All in all this is a great comic book movie. Even through the parts that were dumb, cheesy or ID4-esque, it is still a decent comic movie. You will enjoy it as a follow up to the first, or youll get hung up on the weakspots.
Either way, its worth a viewing.
